Shoot: Oak
An etching of an Acorn Seeding in miniature, gilded. Part of a new series called ‘Rise’, a growing collection of works celebrating birth, growth, fertility and the elements that it all needs.
Gilded Original Aquatint Etching
Please note this photography is out of date, and the piece is now framed in a larger frame with a portrait orientation to scale with the piece. I need to get my photographer boots on ASAP! The frame is actually 26.5cm x 29.5cm.

Size and Finish
Due to the delicate nature of this method of printmaking and the artists’ style, each print has individual qualities; different ink tones, mark making and textures will differ from piece to piece, but each one has been selected by the artist to be included in the edition. Please also note that the gold leaf, being a composition of metals, should not be hung or stored in a damp or incredibly hot or cool space.

Unframed original etchings will be sent flat, with MDF backing, whereas giclee prints will be rolled with acid-free tissue paper in a parcel tube.
